Objectives: Attendees will learn strategies to increase joy and laughter through exploring applications of therapeutic techniques in our daily lives. Participants will consider perspectives of Viktor Frankl and Logotherapy as it relates to finding purpose in difficult situations. This session will allow participants to practice applying therapeutic techniques to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression and will address how our cognitions affect our paradigms. Strategies for managing stress during the confines of the pandemic will be explored throughout the presentation.
