Learning Objectives: 1. To discuss stress and how it impacts our body. 2. To learn skills such as breathing, mindfulness and yoga to manage stress and experience relaxation. 3. To adopt reguar practices for mental/emotional wellbeing during the pandemic. This session will include mindfulness techniques to alleviate mental health issues during this pandemic. Dr. Basaria conducts many community events and has great successes in these events. Brief yoga and demonstrate mindfulness techniques to destress.
